Chapter 3: A bond grows.

It had been a few years of epicosity later and I had just completed my a-level exams now ready to explore the world! I was now fairly famous on YouTube by this point. I was starting to get to know life at its best. I wanted to get Ph.D in physics just so that could be the cherry on the top of the cake to my life as I my friendship with Toby turner had bloomed into a strong bond. It was a sunny day here in Manchester, for once, and as the bright yellow raise of the sun shone through my living room window, I was on Skype with Toby. This wasn't any ordinary Skype call we were portal co-oping for YouTube for both our gaming channels. This was the 2nd action packed Co-op we have done and it was about to come to an end.
"Shoot a portal ... Ummm over ... There," I said showing him on the game "Now jump through!"
"WHEW!" He screamed "we did it! Now then we have to go now! Click the annotation in the top right corner to watch the next video! Bless our face if you sneezed during this video bless you, PEACE OFF BOOP!" Toby stops the recording and we disconnect from the game.
"That was fun!" I said lively,
"That's gonna be a great video!"
"Funny how we first met on this game a few years ago just because you asked! I'm glad I said yes, it's nice to have a friend in Britain" Toby said as I clicked the Skype tab.
"It's seriously a honor to be really good friends with you Toby and have been good friends since 2013" I smiled at the camera.
"I have some news cat," Toby said "I coming to the UK for London Comic-con" my face dropped as I couldn't believe what Toby had just told me,
"Toby, seriously, REALLY!" I shouted.
"Yep! I'm coming to London and I'm guessing you will be there?"
I answered back.
"Indeed I am I'm going for my birthday" I smirked,
"Oh I will have to get you something if we hang out!" He said
"Aww thanks Toby" I smiled then had an idea it hit me like a lightning bolt.
"My granddad has a place in London right near where comic-con is held," I smiled then carried on "as I'm staying there for that week anyway, would you like to stay there? you don't need to pay they consider you as family as your friends with me so? What do you say!?" Toby thought a little then
"that's a great idea! Are you sure?"
"100% sure my step gran, Monica loves it when I bring friends"
"Ok then its settled!" He smirked,
"Oh and as we're there for a week I can show you round London? If you want?" I looked right at his eyes as I said it and his eyes lit up,
"Sure cat! That be great!"
"I'm going down to London tomorrow I'm guessing you coming the day after, so I will pick you up from the airport" I smiled and so did Toby.
"Oh sure thing!" He said to me.
"I'll bring Monica so I can sit in the back of the car with you on the way back to the flat so your not alone in the back feeling awkward" I laughed as Toby laughed.
"Yeah that be nice but do you know what's better?" He questioned towards me. I smiled as I said
"No what?"
"It will be the first time we meet for real! In person"
"Oh my goodness! It is as well" I say shocked as I didn't realize,
"And all in a matter of days we will meet" I had a big grin on my face and so did Toby.
"I have to go pack for London," I smiled "i'll iMessage you if you want?" I asked
"Sure" Toby said as he smiled right at me through the power of the Internet. It was like he was actually here smiling at me in person but it sadly wasn't.
"Bye message you in a bit" I smiled at him. "
"Bye cat" he waved then pressed the end button. As the call was disconnected my face drew to a neutral look like I had just been slapped, but then as my phone buzzed in my pocket I smiled getting it out knowing it was a message from Toby. I walk up to my room to get ready for London. As I leave the living room the sun still shines with yellow raises of delight through the window. It was that clear you could see the dust floating in the light. That dust was hovering peacefully as my dog sniffed the air, to then again lower his head and fall into deep dreamy sleep.
